  • No, all appointments must be booked in advance. I do not accept walk-ins at this time all appointment must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • I accept cash, debit/credit cards and Apple Pay. Full payment is due at the time of service or can be paid in full prior using the link in your appointment reminder email.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total service cost.​

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.​

  • No guests or children are allowed during your appointment. This ensures a quiet, calm, safe, and focused experience.

  • Come ready to relax—no caffeine beforehand. I’ll cleanse your brows/lashes, so no heavy makeup needed. If you're booked for Ombre Brows, please read the pre-care instructions on the booking site.

  • All services are final sale. Each appointment is time-intensive and customized, so adjustments or refunds aren’t offered. Please review all details before booking—I appreciate your respect for my time and work.

  • Same-day cancellations or reschedules result in a loss of your deposit. This is because your appointment time is reserved just for you, and short notice leaves little to no time to fill the spot. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and schedule.

Lash Extension FAQs

  • Cat Eye, Doll Eye, and Wispy sets — all custom volume.

  • Up to 4 weeks with proper care. Most of my clients prefer to get a new set every 4-6 weeks rather than a fill.

  • Some people naturally move their face or eyes when talking, which can make detailed work difficult — especially around the eyes. Since I use sharp tools and precision techniques, staying still ensures both safety and the best results

  • No, I specialize in custom volume lash sets only.

  • Less than 40% of lashes = full set. Fills are for maintenance.

  • Cleansing, removal of grown-out lashes, and new extensions.

  • No caffeine. Come relaxed with clean, makeup-free lashes. Please refrain from using mascara 48 hours prior.

  • It can cause eye twitching and make relaxing harder.

  • Yes. It prevents dryness and discomfort during the service.

  • Full sets: up to 2 hours depending on fullness of natural lashes. Fills: about 1 hour 45 depending on 40% or more lashes in tact.

  • No. It weakens the glue and cause lash loss and is also very hard to remove. If you come in with mascara on your extensions this will result in removal.

  • Clean daily, avoid oils/steam, brush with a spoolie, and sleep on your back.

  • Yes, but if your eyes constantly run then it honestly wouldn’t be a great idea.

  • No, not when applied and cared for properly.

  • Yes, after the first 24 hours.

  • Yes, but clean them after sweating or swimming.

  • Every 2–4 weeks depending on retention.

  • I offer a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes a late fee is applied to your remaining balance. After 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled. If you need to cancel/reschedule same day this will result in a loss of deposit. Please follow booking policy.

Brow Tinting FAQs

  • Henna Tint and Airbrush Tint. Both services include brow mapping and a complimentary brow wax.

  • Both tint the skin and hair, lasting up to 2 weeks depending on your skin type and aftercare. Henna is plant-based and offers a bolder stain, while Airbrush gives a softer, more natural finish. Henna Tints the brow hairs for up to 6 weeks perfect for those with grey hairs.

  • Henna is not recommended for anyone with a nut allergy or a PPD (para-phenylenediamine) allergy. PPD is a common ingredient in hair dyes and some tints, and it can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please let me know before booking. Airbrush tint is a gentle alternative that’s safe for all skin types.

  • Yes, Airbrush tint is gentle and suitable for all skin types.

  • Yes, every brow tint service includes full brow mapping and a complimentary wax to enhance your shape.

  • Avoid exfoliating, AHAs or using retinol near the brow area 48 hours before. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.

  • Both Henna and Airbrush tinting can take anywhere from about 30–45 minutes.

  • Both tints last up to 2 weeks on the skin and longer on the brow hairs with proper care.

  • Avoid water, steam, and excessive sweating for 24 hours to maximize stain retention.

  • A patch test is optional. After a thorough consultation I will decide which service best suits your skin.
